You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any image, logo, text, design, reference, or other material you provide to us.
By submitting custom materials, you give Dialed Coaster permission to use those materials only as needed to review, design, produce, and fulfill your order.
We may refuse custom requests that include offensive content, illegal content, explicit content, hateful content, counterfeit branding, protected artwork, or anything we believe creates an unacceptable legal or production risk.
5. Product Appearance
Our products are custom-made physical items. Minor differences may occur between website images, mockups, digital previews, and the final product.
Color, gloss, texture, sharpness, alignment, and finish may vary slightly due to screen settings, image quality, material differences, printing processes, cutting processes, and lighting.
For custom uploads, final print quality depends heavily on the quality of the image or reference provided by the customer.
