1. About Dialed Coaster
Dialed Coaster sells custom and catalog coaster products. Our products are decorative items intended for personal use, gifting, display, and tabletop use.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Dialed Coaster is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any watch brand, vehicle brand, sports organization, designer brand, or other third-party rights holder referenced by a customer or shown in a customer-submitted image.
Brand names, model names, logos, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete, including your name, email address, shipping address, custom design details, and uploaded files.
We may contact you if we need clarification about your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incomplete information, unavailable materials, production issues, inappropriate content, or requests we believe may create legal or intellectual property concerns.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
Your order is not considered accepted or ready for production until payment is successfully completed.
Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and product availability may change at any time.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders may require you to submit brand, model, reference number, description, notes, and/or reference images.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any image, logo, text, design, reference, or other material you provide to us.
By submitting custom materials, you give Dialed Coaster permission to use those materials only as needed to review, design, produce, and fulfill your order.
We may refuse custom requests that include offensive content, illegal content, explicit content, hateful content, counterfeit branding, protected artwork, or anything we believe creates an unacceptable legal or production risk.
5. Product Appearance
Our products are custom-made physical items. Minor differences may occur between website images, mockups, digital previews, and the final product.
Color, gloss, texture, sharpness, alignment, and finish may vary slightly due to screen settings, image quality, material differences, printing processes, cutting processes, and lighting.
For custom uploads, final print quality depends heavily on the quality of the image or reference provided by the customer.
6. Production Time
Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we specifically agree in writing.
Delays may happen due to order volume, material availability, equipment issues, design clarification, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete, not when the order is placed.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, lost packages, stolen packages after delivery, or carrier routing issues.

8. Returns and Refunds
Because many of our products are custom-made or made to order, returns and refunds may be limited.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered at our discretion depending on the issue.

9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to use this website or our ordering process to submit:
- Illegal content
- Hateful or discriminatory content
- Explicit sexual content
- Harassing or threatening content
- Content you do not have permission to use
- Fraudulent payment information
- False shipping or contact information
- Requests intended to copy, counterfeit, or misrepresent another brand or product
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, layout, copy, product photography, graphics, designs, and branding created by Dialed Coaster are owned by Dialed Coaster or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, scrape, or reuse our website content, product images, product descriptions, or design files without permission.
Submitting a custom reference image does not transfer ownership of that image to us. It only gives us permission to use it to fulfill your order.
11. No Guarantee of Availability
We may modify, pause, discontinue, or remove products, designs, prices, pages, features, or ordering options at any time without notice.
We are not responsible if a product, design, or custom option becomes unavailable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dialed Coaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the website, your order, production delays, shipping issues, or product use.
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
13. Website Errors
We try to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may happen.
We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, or update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
14. Privacy
Your use of this website and submission of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
